Bahan :

Ingredients :

Cara membuat :
1. Taburi ikan patin yang telah dibersihkan dengan air jeruk nipis hingga rata, biarkan selama 15 menit.
2. Masak air menggunakan panci, masukkan semua bumbu dan ikan kecuali daun kemangi, masak hingga mendidih dan angkat lalu masukkan daun kemangi.
3. Hidangkan hangat-hangat dengan nasi.
