CARA MEMBUAT ES CENDOL_How to make Cendol Ice

Es Cendol (Cendol Ice)

Bahan :
- 50 gram tepung sagu
- 100 gram tepung beras
- 100 ml air suji
- 200 ml air
- 100 gram, nangka matang (dipotong-potong)
- 100 gram tape ketan hitam (siap pakai)
- 200 ml santan kental matang
- 2 lembar daun pandan (simpulkan)
- 1/2 sdt garam
- 150 gram gula merah sisir
- 500 gram es serut

Ingredients :
- 50 grams of corn starch
- 100 grams of rice flour
- 100 ml of water suji
- 200 ml of water
- 100 grams, jackfruit cooked (cut into pieces)
- 100 grams of black sticky tape (ready to use)
- 200 ml thick coconut milk cooked
- 2 pandan leaf (concluded)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 150 grams of brown sugar comb
- 500 grams of crushed ice


Cara membuat :
1.  Campur tepung beras, tepung sagu, air suji,dan air menjadi satu.

2.  Siapkan baskom berukuran sedang, isi dengan air dingin, saring adonan tepung dengan saringan cendol.

3. Rebus, santan, garam, dan daun pandan hingga mendidih, angkat.

4.  Rebus gula merah dengan 100 ml air hingga larut dan mengental. Angkat.

5.  Penyajian ;
     Letakkan dan susun larutan gula, cendol, nangka, tape ketan hitam, santan, dan es serut.

6.  Sajikan segera.

How to make it :
1. Mix the rice flour, sago flour, suji water, and the water became one.

2. Prepare a medium-sized bowl, fill with cold water, strain through a sieve flour dough cendol.

3. Boil, coconut milk, salt, and pandan leaves to a boil, remove from heat.

4. Boil the sugar with 100 ml of water until dissolved and thickened. Lift.

5. Presentation;

6. Serve immediately.
