Bahan :
- 500 gram ikan tenggiri (dipotong jadi 5 potongan)
- 750 ml air
- 50 gram daun kedondong muda (bisa diganti dengan daun kemangi)
- 10 gram tomat kecil
Ingredients :

- 3 eggs hazelnut
- 1 tsp, turmeric sliced
- 1sdt, condiment
- 1 tablespoon salt
Bumbu lain :
- Ruas lengkuas
- 2 lembar, daun salam
Other spices:
- galangal
- 2 pieces, bay leaves
1. Rebus air di panci, masukkan bumbu yang dihaluskan dan bumbu lain, masak hingga mandidih.
2. Masukkan ikan tenggiri, masak hingga bumbu meresap dan ikan telah matang.
3. Masukkan tomat kecil, dan terakhir daun kedondong, masak lagi sebentar dan angkat.
4. Hidangkan panas-panas bersama nasi.
How to make it :
1. Boil water in a pan, put the crushed spices and other seasonings, and cook until mandidih.
2. Enter the mackerels, cook until the spices to infuse and the mackerels was overcooked.
3. Enter the small tomatoes, and the last leaf kedondong, cook another minute and remove from heat.
