CARA MEMBUAT SOP LAMONGAN_How to make Lamongan Soup

Sop Lamongan

Bahan :
- 1/2 ekor ayam kampung (450 gram)
- 5 butir telur ayam, rebus, kipas, dan potong jadi 2
- 100 gram soun, seduh dengan air panas dan tiriskan.
- 1000 ml air
- 100 koyak
Ingredients :
- 1/2 chickens (450 grams)
- 5 eggs, hard boiled, fan, and cut into 2
- 100 grams of glass noodles, brewed with hot water and drain.
- 1000 ml of water
- 100 grams koyak

Bumbu yang dihaluskan :
- 2 sdm, bawang putih iris
- 2sdm, bawang putih merah
- 1 sdm, ketumbar sangrai
- 1 sdt, jahe segar iris
- 1 sdt, kunyit segar iris
- 1 sdt, merica / lada bulat
- 1 sdm, garam
Softened seasoning :
- 2 tbsp garlic slices
- 2sdm, garlic red
- 1 tbsp, toasted coriander
- 1 tsp, fresh ginger slices
- 1 tsp, turmeric fresh sliced
- 1 tsp, pepper / pepper round
- 1 tablespoon salt

Bumbu lain :
- 1 iris lengkuas
- 2 lembar daun jeruk
- 2 lembar daun salam
- 1 batang serai
- 2 sdm, daun bawang iris
- 2 sdm, seledri iris
Other spices:
- 1 slice of galangal
- 2 lime leaves
- 2 bay leaves
- 1 stalk lemongrass
- 2 tbsp, sliced green onion
- 2 tbsp, sliced celery

Cara membuatnya :
1.  Rebus ayam hingga empuk
2.  Panaskan minyak di wajan
3.  Masukkan tumisan bumbu ke dalam kaldu ayam, masukkan lengkuas, serai, daun salam, dan daun jeruk. Masak hingga mendidih.
4.  Siapkan mangkun saji,susun ayam, soun, masukkan kuah, taburi seledri dan bawang merah goreng, beri telur rebus dan terakhir taburi koyak.
5  Hidangkan panas-panas, bersama lontong atau nasi, sambal cabai rawit, dan emping.

1. Boil chicken until tender
2. Heat the oil in a frying pan
3. Enter a stir spices into the chicken broth, enter galangal, lemongrass, bay leaf, and lime leaves. Cook until boiling.
