BAGAIMANA MEMBUAT DADAR TELUR KEPITING_How to make the Omelet of Crab

Dadar Telur Kepiting

Bahan :
- 5 butir telur ayam
- 100 gram, daging kepiting (siap pakai)
- 100 gram kol (diiris halus)
- Minyak goreng secukupnya
ingredients :
- 5 eggs
- 100 grams, crab meat (ready to use)
- 100 grams of cabbage (finely chopped)
- Cooking oil sufficiently


Bumbu yang dihaluskan :
- 1 sdm, bawang putih yang diiris
- 1/2 sdt, merica
- 1 sdt, garam
Softened seasoning :
- 1 tbsp, chopped garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 tsp salt

Saus :
- 1 buah tomat
- 1 sdt, bawang putih yang diiris
- 1 sdt, cabai merah
- 1/2 sdt, garam
- 1 sdt, gula pasir
- 100 ml air
Sauce:
- 1 tomato
- 1 tsp, garlic sliced
- 1 tsp, red chili
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 tsp, sugar
- 100 ml of water

Cara membuat :
1.  Siapkan baskom / mangkuk kecil, masukkan telur ayam, daging kepiting, kol, dan bumbu yang dihaluskan, aduk rata.
2.  Panaskan 2 sdm minyak goreng di wajan bulat, masukkan 1/5 bagian adonan telur kepiting, goreng hingga matang. (angkat dan sisihkan)
3.  Rebus bahan saus dengan 100 ml air hingga lunak, kecuali garam dan gula. (angkat dan tiriskan)
4.  Haluskan bumbu yang sudah direbus dengan dengan chopper, tambahkan garam dan gula.
5. Hidangkan dadar telur kepiting dengan saus sambal tomat.

How to make it :
1. Prepare a bowl / small bowl, put chicken eggs, crab meat, cabbage and seasoning paste, stir well.
2. Heat 2 tablespoons cooking oil with wok, put 1/5 parts crab egg mixture, fry until cooked. (Remove and set aside)
3. Boil the sauce ingredients with 100 ml of water until soft, except salt and sugar. (Lift and drain)
4. Blend the spices that have been boiled with meat cutter "CHOPPER", add salt and sugar.
