Bahan :
- 200 gram, tepung terigu
- 4 butir telur
- 200 ml, air
- Garam secukupnya
- Minyak secukupnya untuk menggoreng
Ingredients :
- 200 grams, wheat flour
- 4 eggs
- 200 ml, water
- Salt to taste
- Oil for frying to taste
Isi :
- 300 gram, daging giling
- 2 siung bawang putih
- 1 sdt, merica
- 1 sdt, garam
- 1 sdm, gula pasir
- 2 sdm, irisan daun bawang
- 2 sdm, minyak, untuk menumis
- 100 ml, air
Notes : " Semua bahan isian harus dihaluskan "
Contents:

Cara membuat :
1. Campur telur, terigu, air ,dan garamhingga rata kemudian dadar pada wajan kecil anti lengket.
2. Panaskan minyak, tumis bumbu yang sudah dihaluskan hingga harum. Masukkan daging dan air, masak dengan api sedang hingga agak menyusut.
3. Bentangkan dadar, isi dengan daging secukupnya, gulung lalu lem dengan larutan sagu. Sisihkan.
4. Panaskan minyak, goreng dengan minyak panas sedang.
How to make it :
1. Mix eggs, flour, water, and garamhingga average then fried in a small nonstick skillet.
