CARA MEMBUAT ES SHANGHAI_How to make Ice of Shanghai / IOS

Bahan :
- 200 gram avokad (keruk atau dipotong-potong)
- 100 gram kelapa muda (keruk memanjang)
- 100 gram nangka matang (dipotong-potong)
- 100 gram cincau hitam (dipotong-potong)
- 500 gram es serut
- 100 gram kolang kaling merah (dipotong-potong)
- 100 gram rumput laut (dipotong-potong)
- 5 sdm sirup merah
- 5 sdm susu kental manis

Ingredients :
- 200 grams of avocado (rake or cut)
- 100 grams of coconut (rake aft)
- 100 grams of ripe jackfruit (cut into pieces)
- 100 grams of black grass jelly (cut into pieces)
- 500 grams of crushed ice
- 100 grams of red kolang forth (cut into pieces)
- 100 grams of seaweed (cut into pieces)
- 5 tablespoons red syrup
- 5 tablespoons sweetened condensed milk

Cara membuat :
1.  Siapkan gelas atau mangkuk saji

2.  Letakkan dan susun cincau hitam, avokad, kelapa muda, nangka, kolang kaling, rumput laut, es serut, sirup merah, dan susu kental manis.

3.  Sajikan segera.

How to make it :
1. Prepare a glass or serving bowl

2. Place and stacking black grass jelly, avocado, coconut, jackfruit, kolang forth, seaweed, shaved ice, red syrup, and sweetened condensed milk.

3. Serve immediately.
