BAGAIMANA CARA MEMBUAT ORAK-ARIK PEDA TELUR_How to make the Orak-Arik Peda Telur

Orak-Arik Peda Telur

Bahan :
- 5 butir telur ayam
- 1 ekor ikan peda, goreng dan buang durinya, lalu dagingnya dicincang kasar (peda suwir).
- 200 gram jagung muda (putren), diiris tipis.
- Minyak goreng secukupnya.
- 3 buah cabai merah besar, buang bijinya, dan diiris tipis.
- 3 buah cabai hijau besar, buang bijinya, dan diiris tipis.
- 1 sdm, bawang merah iris
- 1 sdm, bawang putih iris.
- 1/2 sdt, merica bubuk.
- 1/2 sdt, garam.
ingredients :
- 5 eggs
- 1 peda fish, fried and dispose of thorns, then coarsely chopped meat (Peda Suwir).
- 200 grams of corn (putren), thinly sliced.
- Right amount of oil.
- 3 large red chilies, seeded and thinly sliced.
- 3 large green chilies, seeded and thinly sliced.
- 1 tbsp, onion slices
- 1 tbsp, garlic slices.
- 1/2 tsp pepper powder.
- 1/2 tsp salt.


Cara membuat :
1.  Panaskan 3sdm minyak goreng di wajan, pecahkan telur dan kocok, tuang ke wajan sambil diaduk hingga matang (orak-arik telur).

2.  Panaskan 2 sdm minyak goreng di wajan, tumis bawang merah dan bawang putih hingga harum. Masukkan cabai merah, cabai hijau, dan jagung muda, tumis hingga setengah matang.

3.  Masukkan peda suwir, dan orak-arik telur, lalu diaduk.Taburi merica dan garam, aduk dan masak hingga bumbu meresap. Angkat.

4.  Hidangkan dengan nasi.

How to make it :
1. Heat the oil in a skillet 3sdm, break the eggs and whisk, pour into skillet, stirring until cooked (Orak-Arik Telur).

2. Heat 2 tablespoons oil in a skillet, to saute onion, garlic until fragrant. Enter the red chili, green chili and corn, stir-fry until half cooked.

3. Enter Peda Suwir, and Orak-Arik Telur, and stir. give the pepper and salt, stirring and cooking until flavors mingle. Lift.

4. Serve with rice.
