CARA MEMBUAT ES BLEWAH_How to make Es Blewah

Bahan :
- 200 gram blewah, ambil dagingnya, sisihkan
- 200 gram sari kelapa
- 100 gram kolang kaling, potong-potong
- 25 gram gula pasir
- 100 ml air
- 500 gram es serut
- 10 sdm sirup merah
Ingredients :
200 grams of cantaloupe, grab the fruit and set aside
- 200 grams of coconut juice
- 100 grams kolang forth, cut into pieces
- 25 grams of sugar
- 100 ml of water
- 500 grams of crushed ice
- 10 tbsp red syrup

Cara Membuat ;
1.  Masak kolang-kaling, gula, dan air hingga empuk, angkat dan tiriskan. Bila suka beri pewarna merah/oranye, sisihkan.

2.  Siapan gelas atau mangkuk saji, letakkan dan susun blewah, sari kelapa, kolang-kaling, es serut,dan sirup merah.

3.  Sajikan segera.

How to make it :
1. Cook fro, sugar and water until tender, remove and drain. When love give a red dye / orange and set aside.

2. Be prepared cups or bowls, place and arrange cantaloupe, coconut juice, kolang kaling forth, shaved ice, and red syrup.

3. Serve immediately.
