CARA MEMBUAT MARTABAK MANIS PANDAN TAPE KETAN

Martabak Manis Pandan Tape Ketan

Proses pembuatan selama 120 menit untuk 4 loyang (Process of making's about 120 minutes to 4 trays).

Bahan kulit martabak :
- 500 gram tepung terigu berprotein sedang
- 1 sdt, baking powder
- 150 gram gula pasir
- 2 butir telur, dikocok
- 1/4 sdt, vanili bubuk
- 1/2 std, garam
- 50 ml air daun suji (35 lembar daun suji dan 4 lembar daun pandan)
- 600 ml air
The ingredients to make the skin martabak :
- 500 grams of wheat flour protein being
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 150 grams of sugar
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/4 tsp, vanilla powder
- 1/2 std, salt
- 50 ml of water leaves suji (35 suji leaves and 4 pandan leaves )
- 600 ml of water

Bahan Taburan per loyang :
- 1 sdm, margarin
- 1 sdm, gula pasir
Topping ingredients per pan :
- 1 tablespoon margarine
- 1 tablespoon, sugar

Bahan isian untuk martabak per loyang :
- 1/2 sdm, susu kental manis
- 125 gram tape ketan hitam
Stuffing ingredients for martabak per pan :
- 1/2 tbsp, sweetened condensed milk
- 125 grams of black sticky tape

Cara membuat (How to make it) :
1.  Kulit; Ayak tepung terigu dan baking powder. Masukkan gula pasir dan  diaduk rata. Tambahkan telur, vanili bubuk, dan garam. Aduk rata.
1. Leather; Sift flour and baking powder. Enter the sugar and mix evenly. Add eggs, vanilla powder, and salt. Stir well.

2.  Tuangkan air daun suji dan santan sedikit-sedikit sambil dikocok dengan kecepatan sedang selama 20 menit sampai lembut. Diamkan 1 jam.
2. Pour the water suji leaves and coconut milk a little as she whipped at medium speed for 20 minutes until soft. Let stand till 1 hour.


3.  Timbang 300 gram adonan. Tambahkan 1/4 sdt baking powder. Aduk rata.
3. Weigh 300 grams of batter. Add 1/4 teaspoon baking powder. Stir well.

4.  Tuangkan ke dalam cetakan martabak yang telah dipanaskan selama 15 menit. Biarkan berbusa. kecilkan api. Taburkan gula pasir dan biarkan sampai berlubang. Tutup dan biarkan sampai matang. Angkat.
4. Pour into a mold martabak which has been heated for 15 minutes. Let foaming. reduce the temperature of fire. Sprinkle with sugar and let it hollow. Cover and leave to mature. Lift.


5.  Oleskan martabak dengan margarin. Tabur meises, kacang tanah, dan wijen. Tuangkan susu kental manis. Lipat 2.Oleskan kulitnya dengan margarin.
5. Apply martabak with margarine. Sow meises, peanuts, and sesame. Pour sweetened condensed milk. fold it be 2 parts. Apply a martabak skin with margarine.













(Tip) supaya tape ketan hitam tidak terlalu basah,tiriskan airnya.

(Tip) so that, black sticky tape is not too wet, drain the water.
